GM I need your help. ( Chain Quest )

I already finish giving 1 platinum coin to Grann.
Then I already gave the ( tiger skin , pyroxene and etc2x ) to  Heim.
Supposedly, I can able to access Heinz right ? Then why is it when I talk to Heinz, I always got teleported to Aldebaran?

Is there something wrong?
Or am I lacking something?

Do I need to finish the 300 crystal of darkness, 300 fragment of darkness, etc2x ??
